How to Report any issue from SignCare app?

From the profile menu, there will be option "Report Issue" menu. User need to click on that user will be redirected to "https://signcare.zohodesk.in/portal/en/newticket" page.

On that page user can submit all the details with screenshot of the issue and get support from the team.
